Stanhope shape tea cup having a border moulding of C-Scrolls on the inner edge. Inside the C-Scrolls are moulded wavy lines with moulded inner combing finished in gilt or a colour. In between each C-Scroll are a series of five-fingered gilt sprigs. The cups have a lobed profile and a complex handle with an upper spur pointing inwards over the lip of the cup.
